At HER FLEX™, we’re committed to delivering your Pilates board quickly, safely, and with care. Every order is prepaid and packed with precision to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday) after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message once your order is confirmed.

Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship across India using trusted courier partners (like Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.).

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order anytime using that link.

  • If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of your order, feel free to reach out.

No Cash on Delivery (COD)

HER FLEX™ is a prepaid-only brand.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery to maintain speed, quality, and reliability for all customers.

Delays or Delivery Issues

We strive for fast delivery, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Festive season or courier backlogs

  • Remote area delivery exceptions

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate before placing the order.

Delivery Guarantee

All our shipments are insured. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll offer a replacement at no extra cost (subject to investigation and confirmation by the courier).
